Harvest Moon

Each year, on the first Saturday of October, outside vendors and groups within the church sell handmade craft items, food, books, etc. In it's 22 years as one of Tulsa's best arts and crafts festivals, Harvest Moon has raised over $100,000 to support local, state, national and worldwide missions.
 

Vendor Information 


The 23rd Annual Harvest Moon Arts and Craft Show will be held at Faith United Methodist Church on Saturday, October 2nd, 2010 from 9:00a.m. to 4:00p.m.

Booth assignments will be done on a first come first served basis.  Because the response has been positive in years past, please return your application as soon as possible to avoid being placed on our waiting list.  We cannot guarantee the same booth space, but will make every effort to place you in the area that you have requested.  Please see the booth map for a list of the prices for the individual booths.

We will be advertising in the Tulsa World, on all major television and radio stations, and our local community calendars.  This publicity should allow for a successful 2010 Harvest Moon Craft Show.

Electricity will be available for certain booths at a charge of $10.00.  Be sure to mark the application if you would like electrical access.  There is no electricity allowed in the middle of the Great Hall due to fire hazards.  The only booths in the Great Hall that will have electricity available will be the booths along the walls, which are all 8X8 booths.  Electricity should be available for all other areas.

The 2010 application has been altered so please read it thoroughly before filling it out and returning it to us. 

There is no need to send pictures unless you have changed your products or you are a new vendor.

Please fill out the enclosed vendor application completely.  A 50% deposit is required with the application (non-refundable) with the remainder of the balance due by August 15th.  Information regarding your booth assignment and rental cost including the deadline for booth payment will be on the acceptance/booth assignment postcard which you will receive in May.

Our committee is looking forward to an even bigger and better day of crafts, food and fun with all the fantastic vendors at Harvest Moon 2010!
